This course will video guide you through every exercise, every workout, and how you can get the most out of your time in the gym. Every exercise is laid out in detail and you can watch a video to see how it is performed.
From 2 weeks worth of meal plans all laid out, to tutorial videos on food prep, smoothie making, and how you should be eating. The nutrition portion is designed to teach you how to eat from all food groups to build a sustainable life lasting meal plan. No elimination diets here!
You will receive 8 weeks of coaching calls with Bryan Parady. Each week we will sit down and have a 45 minutes video call or phone call (your choice) at a time that works for you. In that call I will keep you accountable as well as adapt the course and plan specifically for you and your goals.
In my early 20's I lacked confidence, self-esteem, I even stooped a little when I walked. Working out and learning how to eat not only changed the way I looked physically, but the way I felt, and the way I thought.
